60-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pawmizer purchase, contact info@pawmizer.store within 60 days of delivery with your order number to request a return and refund. You may try the product during this period. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you send anything back. Please include the device and remaining items supplied with your order, including gifts, where available.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee returns. We recommend a tracked service. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact info@pawmizer.store with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it, but do not replace your legal rights. Where a product fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by law.
Australian consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The 60-day guarantee is additional to these rights and does not limit them.
